HealthChoice recently introduced a great new online service that gives providers online access to check the status of medical and dental claims, check deductible status, confirm eligibility and access claim editing rationale, to name a few of the services available day and night.

In order to ensure our providers’ privacy, first-time visitors will need to register and create a User ID and Password. The provider’s email address and TIN will be required to register. The User ID and Password is all that will be needed for future access.

To try this new service, simply click on the Claim Status, Eligibility and Claim Editing option at the top of the menu on the left side of the HealthChoice home page and follow the directions.
