Diced tomatoes
Sliced celery
Diced cucumber
Diced bell peppers
Diced avocado

Mix with your favorite light Italian dressing or vinaigrette to coat. let sit, refrigerated about 30 minutes.

Any other fresh raw vegetables you like can be added to this as a nice, quick and cool salad.
